Jesus is the only name by which we may be saved
How the name of Jesus in the Bible was selectively translated and replaced by the names Joshua and Jeshua/Yeshua/Ieshua etc. in modern Bible translations.

Ἰησοῦς
pronounced Iésous is the Greek word for Jesus. In Hebrews chapter 4 verse 8 you can read that Jesus not Joshua lead the Israelites into the promised land.

Hebrews 4 : 8 - Εἰ γὰρ αὐτοὺς Ἰησοῦς  κατέπαυσεν, οὐκ ἂν περὶ ἄλλης ἐλάλει μετὰ ταῦτα ἡμέρας.

- For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. (KJV) (Correct translation)

- If Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day. (NIV) (Incorrect translation)
